Library Art Talk

On the 20/09/17 and the 25/09/17, 6TH Class went to an art talk in Dalkey Library with art lecturer Leah Reynolds. She showed us lots of different styles of art such as optical illusions, photo montage and splatter painting. The first talk was dedicated to modern art and the second was mostly dedicated to optical illusions. At the end of the second talk she gave us optical illusion squares. Then back at school we made our own art pieces. Most people decided to do splatter paintings like the artist Jackson Pollock. Afterwards we wrote about our art pieces. They will be displayed around the school soon.
